ADALET LINGERIE Set of 6 silicone Kegel balls A-020

To ensure your pelvic floor functions properly, you need to exercise it, and that’s what the Adalet set of 6 Kegel balls is for.

The balls in this set of 6 Kegel balls are made from the highest-quality silicone, perfect for safely exercising your vaginal muscles.

The balls have an elongated shape for easy insertion and a silicone cord for comfortable removal. And since we know everyone is different, each ball has a different weight and color, so you can gradually increase the weight according to your needs.

• But why is it so important to exercise your pelvic floor and vaginal muscles?

The pelvic floor is made up of the muscles that support the weight of our pelvic organs and is often weakened by everyday life events, such as pregnancy, a sedentary lifestyle or menopause.

Exercising these muscles makes them stronger, helping to prevent problems such as urine leakage and increasing the quality and intensity of orgasms. Remember to clean the balls first with a good toy cleaner to extend their useful life.

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with the lightest-coloured ball, weighing 35 gr. Lie down on the bed or on a mat, wherever you feel most comfortable, and insert the ball about 2 cm into the vagina, without inserting it too deeply. If needed, you can use a water-based lubricant to make insertion easier. It is very important to relax, control your breathing and relax your vagina.

Once you have mastered the lightest ball, you can gradually increase the weight and move on to a different colour, as the bright colours of the Adalet balls will guide you on your journey into pelvic floor exercise. To make sure you are moving up to the next ball, bear in mind that the ball you leave behind should feel weightless.

To perform the exercises correctly, you need to use the balls consistently over time. In other words, if you contract for 3 seconds with the ball, you should rest for 3 seconds. If you need to rest longer between contractions, don't worry—take as much time as you need.

It is recommended to do one set of 10 repetitions a day, but as we have already said, go at your own pace, little by little, until you can reach 10 repetitions.

To store your Kegel balls properly, Adalet comes with a lidded box so you can keep them safe and clean and use them for as long as possible.

Use:

• With the ball in your vagina, contract your muscles (as if stopping the flow of urine), trying to lift the ball

• Hold the contraction for 2 to 10 seconds (according to your needs), breathing deeply

• Breathe out, release the contraction and rest for the same amount of time as the contraction
